Liverpool centre-back Ibrahima Konate is set to leave Liverpool once his contract expires on June 30. The 27-year-old Frenchman was unable to agree on new terms with the club, with negotiations for a new contract beginning in November 2023, and Liverpool viewing his wage demands as excessive.
Konate joined Liverpool from RB Leipzig for £36 million in 2021, and will leave having lifted a Premier League, two Carabao Cups and a FA Cup.
